GOLF OUTING PACKAGE

Our rates vary and are based on the number of players, day of the week, time and season. We can customize your golf tournament to your specific needs and will assist you in the organization and execution of every detail so that your group will have a memorable time at Regent Park.

Our Corporate Tournament and Outing rates are competitve without compromising our commitment to providing a high quality event. We recognize that in this difficult economy businesses are trying to do more with less, and we continue to provide one of the best conditioned courses in Charlotte at a rate that reflects our desire to build relationships and work with our corporate partners.

All reservations for outings are booked tentatively on a space-available basis. Any group tentatively on the calendar will be given first right of refusal in the event that another group requests the same date. All quotes and reservations are valid for 30 days from the date of the tentative booking. After 30 days, the tentatively reserved date may be released without notice.

No reservation will be confirmed without a $500 deposit paid to the Club.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE
In house catering is available for groups of 12 to 200+ and our selections range from box lunches to full course buffets featuring appetizers, carving stations, and desserts. Our food and beverage staff is known for its attention to detail and its focus on high quality food, service, and presentation. Choose from a wide selection of favorites, or allow us to customize a menu to fit your needs and budget.

OUTING MERCHANDISE
Golf merchandise and unique gifts items are available in our Pro Shop. We can help you with custom logo balls, towels, shirts, hats and many other items to make your event truly special. If you purchase merchandise and gifts, you may qualify for special pricing on your tournament package.
